Carrier: Royal Mail

UK Delivery: We currently use Royal Mail, Parcelforce and EVRI (Hermes) for UK delivery, The choice of courier we use depends on the size, cost and weight of your order.

International Delivery: All orders are sent Royal Mail International Signed for or Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed for.


UK 1-5 Working Days

Europe 5-10 Working Days

Russia 7-14 Working Days

North America 7-14 Working Days

Rest of the World 10 – 20 Working Days

Delivery times may vary depending on the international carrier, items may also be subject to delays due to weather, strike action, customs etc etc.


Please note:

  • It is your responsibility to ensure that any items purchased are legal in the country of delivery
  • Due to the nature of our products, we reserve the right to decline orders which request delivery to certain addresses countries etc etc
  • When an order is returned to us after a failed attempted delivery, you will receive a refund for the value of the order minus the shipping costs we have incurred.
  • If we are unable to ship your order for any reason we will contact you by email and issue a full refund plus any shipping fees paid to us.

Paypal and Parcel Labels:

All tracking numbers and parcel information are added to your payment record. We register the tracking number with your Paypal order payment. Paypal also automatically generates an automated email notifiction of the tracking number to your email address.

Dispatch Times: Items are dispatched within 1 Working Day

Important – We will only send items to your registered Paypal address, we will not send items to any other address apart from the one provided by you, via Paypal, this is for both Paypal buyer and seller finacial protection on the transaction.

In the event an item is delayed, lost or damaged by the postal services.

In all circumstances you must contact us by email to notify us first.

If your order/items have arrived damaged by the postal service you must contact us by email to make the statement and provide clear photo images of the items and the packaging that has been damaged. This must be done within an appropriate time frame upon receipt of the order.

If you suspect your order is delayed or lost you must wait the relevant time frame of 10 working days after the item has been dispatched by before contacting us. You must allow the maximum delivery period time frame as per the courier companies policy before any “first steps” action can be taken by

Please note the length of the investigation can take up to 60 days, sometimes even longer in extra ordinary cases.

Where an order/item is lost by the courier company and liability has been taken by the courier company we will act accordingly and issue a full refund, partial refund, replacements on your order.

3rd parties including Paypal and the courier company will be involved in the process to ensure the outcome is accurate and the reasons for the fault can be clearly established.

Proof of delivery

Please note once proof of delivery has been provided by the delivery company and there International partners, we are no longer responsible or liable for any claims that the order/items have not been received, or claims relating to “you did not receive the items”. Claims of this nature can only be made and addressed directly between the recipient and the courier once an item has been marked as delivered by the postal service.
