Returns policy

downin2u.co.uk accepts returns and unwanted items for refund or exchange for up to 30 days. Due to the sensitive nature of the goods we retail and for health and hygiene reasons we ask that ALL items and products returned are unopened, unused or unworn as appropriate.

For defective items after use within 30 days of purchase which are not covered by a manufacturer’s warranty we will offer a Refund up to 30 days after purchase. If an item purchased from us becomes defective within this time frame we will require an email statement from yourself stating the item is defective and a photo image of the item so we can clearly see the problem and take appropriate action. Do not post used, worn or unsanitary items back to us.

Where an item is defective and we are responsible, every best effort will be made to ensure the issue is resolved by a refund, a partial refund, or an exchange. If we require a defective item to be returned back to us we will cover the return cost of the postage for the item (The item must be returned using the same postal service we sent the item, we will not cover additional postage costs if a different service is used)

In all cases, you will need to contact us by email to tell us the details of your return, please don’t forget to include the packing slip if you still have it in your parcel. This will ensure your return is processed as efficiently as possible.

Should your unwanted item be returned to us in an unsanitary, opened or used condition, we will have no choice but to decline your refund and return the item back to you or dispose of the items.

Due to the nature of the products we retail the majority are exempt from your right to return once they have been opened, used or worn. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • All Lubricants
  • All Condoms
